Studio Night

Marking the opening of In Praise of Small Things We All See, a group exhibition organized by Fool’s Gold, Studio Night will kick off the exhibition as a gathering in place of a traditional reception. For the first time, it opens outward, making public what has long been intimate.

Just as the exhibition embraces process, conversation, snacks, unfinished ideas, and the connective energy that forms around making together, so too will this Studio Night.

Come sit at the table, and bring snacks, drinks, and something to work on.

Closing - IN PRAISE OF SMALL THINGS WE ALL SEE

Join us for the closing of In Praise of Small Things We All See, a group exhibition organized by Fool’s Gold, featuring the work of 30 artists from across the United States. Connected through an informal weekly studio gathering, the exhibition brings together artists across distance, friendship, and shared histories to consider the table as a site of exchange, ritual, humor, generosity, and experimentation.

The evening will feature artists whose practices often take the form of food and drink, activating the space through shared offerings and extending the exhibition’s spirit of collaboration and care.
